Who is CareerBoost Evergreen NOT for?

This is not an executive coaching engagement for leaders preparing to enter the
C-suite. It’s also not a quick-fix program for someone who wants a résumé rewrite and a list of job openings. CareerBoost Evergreen requires participation, reflection, and a willingness to take ownership of your career direction. If you're not ready to get a little uncomfortable, this is not for you.​

How often do we meet?

You'll see me on video every week as you complete your online modules.  In addition, we'll meet weekly in a private coaching session, where we walk through the frameworks, discuss scenarios, and apply the strategies to real career challenges.

Will I have direct access to Beth?

Yes! You’ll have access to me during the weekly coaching calls, plus through the members only Slack channels, where you can ask questions and get a response within 24–48 hours. You’ll never feel left behind or on your own in the program.

If you want even more personalized support, you can upgrade to the VIP program, which includes three additional private 1:1 coaching sessions, or you can continue with private coaching after the 3 month program ends.​

Do you offer refunds?
