CareerBoost Evergreen requires participation, reflection, and a willingness to take ownership of your career direction. If you prefer high touch 1:1 coaching, I have other options that might be a better fit for you.

How often do we meet?

You’ll meet weekly in a live group coaching session, where we walk through the frameworks, discuss scenarios, and apply the strategies to real career challenges.
If you enroll in the VIP track, you’ll also receive three private 1:1 coaching sessions to dive deeper into your goals, your narrative, and your execution plan.

Will I have direct access to Beth?

Yes! You’ll have access to me during the weekly live group coaching calls, plus through the members only Slack channels, where you can ask questions and get a response within 24–48 hours. You’ll never feel left behind or on your own in the program.
