Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Step Function Coaching, we offer career coaching services designed to support your personal and professional development.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, we request at least 24 hours' notice.
Refunds: Coaching services are non-refundable once delivered. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session and provide at least 24 hours' notice, we will gladly reschedule your session at no additional charge.
No-Show Policy: Sessions missed without prior notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Fulfillment Policy

Step Function Coaching provides virtual career coaching services. No physical products are sold or shipped.

Services are fulfilled through scheduled online sessions and digital communication.
