The Director Signal is a two-day, lunch-hour workshop for professionals who want to understand how executives identify future directors long before promotion decisions are made. In two focused 45-minute sessions, you’ll learn the leadership signals C-suite leaders say they look for early in high-potential talent. You’ll also complete a Director Potential Scorecard to assess how you’re currently showing up and where you may want to grow. The goal is simple: help you understand what senior leaders notice, what signals you’re sending today, and how to approach the next development conversation with your leadership more strategically.
